Most Products 
Customers have 10 days to inspect the product for any defects or damage. Defects or damage to a new product will be repaired or replaced at the manufacturers' option at no cost to our customers.

If the correct product is delivered and there are no defects in materials or workmanship, but you don't like it for any reason, customers have 10 days following delivery to return it. Call customer service number at 1-866-340-7337, inform them you want to return the product, and you will be sent a Return Authorization Release Form by either fax or email. Upon the return of the signed Return Authorization Release Form, a return authorization number (RMA) will be issued.

Customers are responsible for packaging and shipping the product. If you do not have the original box, one may be purchased at the cost of the box plus shipping. Once the product is received at the manufacturers' facility in like new condition, a refund of the purchase price of the product, less a 20% restocking fee and applicable outbound freight charges, will be made.

Power Wheelchairs 
Customers have 10 days to inspect power wheelchairs for any defects or damage. Defects or damage to a new power wheelchair will be repaired or replaced at the manufacturers' options at no cost to our customers.

If the correct wheelchair is delivered and there are no defects in materials or workmanship, but you don't like it for any reason, customers have 10 days following delivery to return it. Call customer service number at 1-866-340-7337, inform them you want to return the wheelchair, and you will be sent a Return Authorization Release Form by either fax or email. Upon the return of the signed Return Authorization Release Form, a return authorization number (RMA) will be issued.

Customers are responsible for packaging and shipping the wheelchair. If you do not have the original box, one may be purchased at the cost of the box plus shipping. Once the chair is received at the manufacturers' facility in like-new condition, a refund of the purchase price of the power wheelchair, less a 20% restocking fee and $100.00 for the outbound freight charges will be made.

Customers who cancel an order after the power wheelchair has been shipped will be responsible for freight charges of $200.00 and restocking of 20%.

Adjustable Beds 
Customers have 10 days to inspect adjustable beds for any defects or damage. Defects or damage to a new adjustable bed will be repaired or replaced at the manufacturers' option at no cost to our customers.

If the correct adjustable bed is delivered and there are no defects in materials or workmanship, but you don't like it for any reason, customers have 10 days following delivery to return it. Call customer service number at 1-866-340-7337, inform them you want to return the adjustable bed, and you will be sent a Return Authorization Release Form by either fax or email. Upon the return of the signed Return Authorization Release Form, a return authorization number (RMA) will be issued.

Customers are responsible for packaging and shipping the adjustable bed. If you do not have the original box one may be purchased at the cost of the box plus shipping. Once the adjustable bed is received at the manufacturers' facility in like-new condition, a refund of the purchase price of the adjustable bed, less:

  • A 20% restocking fee
  • $250.00 for the outbound freight charges
  • $250.00 for in-home setup

*A mattress that has been used cannot be returned, as it cannot be resold.

*The following items are not returnable because of health issues:

  • Mattresses and mattress overlays
  • Bathroom products (such as shower chairs, commodes, benches, etc.)
  • Consumable items that have open packaging
  • Wheelchair cushions that have open packing
